An outdoor monobloc kitchen designed by German architect and designer Norbert Wangen for Boffi. The product embodies several distinct legacies - precision and superior engineering, design excellence and a Mediterranean sensibility.

CGI Film: Boffi K6 Outdoor Kitchen

Connecting Design Legacies Through CGI + AI Worldbuilding

A chair and a kitchen system- the Boffi K6 monobloc outdoor kitchen and the Attila Folding Chair - designed by the same architect 30 years apart, can represent a natural product pairing rooted in the same design ethos without any apparent design similarities. The connection is not simply in the fact that both were designed by Norbert Wangen, but that both are activated through transformation.

The K6 transforms through its monobloc configuration, turning a collection of functions into a single architectural object, while the Attila transforms through folding, changing its relationship to space, use and storage. In both cases, transformation is not an added feature but part of the underlying design logic. It is this shared principle, and the consistent long-term exploration of certain product design ideas by the same architect, that makes the pairing organic rather than simply associative.
